Dysfunctional from the beginning

Right from the start they were malfunctioning, at first just some kind of disconnection with the sound, coming and going but also glitching. I tried everything suggested but nothing solved it, but atlest they were functioning sometimes.
Now they refuse to play simultaniously and only plays one or the other bud at the time. I failsearch and tried many many different things to fix it but the problem's still there.

You make me really happy when listening to music. I use them very often for both watching movies and listening to music. I love the sound-tone details, and the built-in EQ is already very good. The noise cancellation also works excellently. Overall, I absolutely love them.

The ear buds fit good, I like that I can customize the touch functions through the app. They tend to come disconnected from my phone a lot, like wayyy too much. Ive reset them, reconnected them, everything. They'll work fine for a couple of hours, then all of a sudden theyll just crackle and fade in and out of connection with my phone, while its in my pocket. Its super annoying. Im probably going to buy some different ones from a different brand. I gave these 2 weeks of doing this, time to move on..
