Keeps disconnecting and crackling

I wanted to love these buds but everytime I have it on movie mode to reduce the lag, it disconnects, glitches and crackles the sound. I use it to study for my fitness classes and music mode is just 1 second behind. On music mode it works okay and sounds good but I need it without the lag. Not sure if I'll be returning yet.

Absolutely love the size of these they fit so comfortably in my ears! Also the sound quality is amazing! Only 4 stars because sometimes they don't sync very well

Works great, has amazing sound quality. The charge last forever so you only really need to charge them maybe once a week depending on how often you use them.
