Audio doesn't stay in sync on YouTube.

I used these a few times with Tidal and Bandcamp and they were great. Then I tried listening to a YouTube video and had multiple instances of the left and right earbuds going up to .5 seconds out of sync with each other. Sometimes it fixed itself sometimes I had to pause and restart the video. Either way it's just not acceptable, so I'm kind of thinking these are trash. It's a shame because the audio quality is really good when they work and I like jlab's other products.

To be honest, I wasn't sure if these the earbuds will be too small for me to use, but I have medium size hands so I thought got decided to give a shot. The sound and quality is amazing and right now. I'm trying to download the app so I can play around with the EQ if it's around my carabiner around the Campus at my college people often pulled me to side and asked me. Where did I get that is one of the best purchase ever five out of five I can't wait to see the next iteration thank you guys so much.

I'm impressed so far! I hope they keep working well. Sound quality is great for my uses (video streaming and podcasts). The size of the minis is very comfortable for my little ears. I like that the app allows you to change the control gestures. The only feature that is missing is the case battery percentage isn't reported in the app or anywhere.

I have the hardest time getting earbuds to stay in my ears, but these JLab minis fit absolutely perfect. I don't ever have to worry about them falling out or being loose and the sound is incredible. All the different options for how to customize them and personalization for them in the app makes it 1 million times better. My Apple AirPods have absolutely nothing on these.
