I have tiny ears and these are the only ones that fit and stay in despite exercising, running, jumping, etc.! Yay! Sound quality and ease of use are great. No issues as of yet. I just recieved them today.

charging issues

headphones often turn on in the case and connect to my phone when not in use leading to issues on my phone but also they often do not charge in the case (which leads to the turning on while in the case). I usually have to wiggle them around in the case to get them to actually start charging.

They're easily used a little hard to hold when you try to put em in your ear.Extremely hard to get out of the case.But they sure do sound good
