Easy to install. Very powerful software

I use the Eufy E340 with my original doorbell chime. It was very easy to install and the small extension wires were so convenient. it was amazing that they thought to include them, It was very easy to connect to the home base and get working quickly.

Easy to install, however, the wedge needed to be reversed and a spacer added to have the camera point at about a 15 degree angle towards the entrance center. I guess eufy didn't take into account that most exterior door frame trims are not flat.

Install was easy but we had to purchase a larger wedge as our existing door bell is on the adjacent wall. It would be nice to conceal the hole so that it cannot be easily removed

Love the quality of the image. Set up was fast. I like there’s an option to hardwire so we don’t have to worry about charging it. Too soon to see how the battery does long term.

Battery charge not so good

I love the camera. The features are superior to Ring doorbell, which I just replaced. I’m just disappointed with how fast the battery is draining. I hope Eufy comes up with a firmware update to fix this issue. I’ve read online that some people are experiencing the same.

After using and loving our first doorbell, we added on a second one for our patio door. It’s a great amount of security at very little cost. Great job Eufy!
