Great mop and vacuum

This is a outstanding vacuum and mop. Eufy did a outstanding job making it. Vacuum rugs good but it did my big areas of tile. When it finished the floors squeak when you walk on them. Self cleaning unit cleans mop heads and empty vacuum and cleans mop heads. App works great and mapping is great never got stuck. Highly recommend it

Squeaking very loudly

It has done an excellent job cleaning, but it is already squeaking so loud that we cannot use it when we are at home. I have tried cleaning it but that does not seem to be the issue.

Mops very well. I can’t figure out how to set a schedule with different cleaning modes, this needs attention. The lack of a water level indicator is another bug issue, that distracts from the good sweeping and mopping!!

The cleaning and mopping seems to be decent but not to the expectations. I have to do the clean 2 times in order for complete clear cleaning. It leaves some dust out for first time. Mopping is ok and not great

This was purchased to replace a Roomba S9 that had always been a headache. I haven't been able to use this unit consistently but the couple of times I have used it so far, works great! I love the fact that the mop pads spin so they actually do clean the floor. It does take this unit quite a bit of time to do a full house cleaning on a 2500 sq ft home. The app has been a bit of a learning curve for me and I still haven't found how to keep the unit from returning to it's base each time it completes cleaning a room. I'm sure the more it's used the better it will learn.
