Stuck pixel

I bought a new screen but noticed stuck/dead pixel on the screen. However, according to their policy, you need to have multiple dead (up to 5) or stuck pixels to be qualified for replacement. Absolutely disappointed, will never buy from benQ again

Great monitor / great price

Well, I can honestly say that I cheated and use ChatGPT and found what monitors work best with my mini computer, which led me to find a pair of these monitors I bought.
I’ve hooked them both up to my mini computer and the both work, outstanding! Thinking about purchasing a third one to go along with the other two
I would recommend this to a friend!
