Doesn't work properly

Since I bought this it hasn't worked properly. It doesn't play videos. And when you put new batteries in it only has 3 bars, then when you put sd card in goes to one bar then shuts down.

As a park ranger in a county park in PA I caught ordinance violators and used the SD card reader in court. The court/judge liked my evidence of pictures and it was a slam dunk against the violators!

Works incredibly well with touch screen ability very simple to operate and is perfect for someone who is pretty technology challenged (ie my 75 year old dad). He absolutely loves it and I'm glad I made the purchase
