[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we had a previous generation that we purchased about 13 years ago that failed. We had liked it so replaced it with the current generation.
As new generations are released, it would be awesome if Frigidaire would maintain the size or feet location so previous trim kit could be used. This has the same capacity but is just slightly different in the feet placement where it could sit in the base of the previous trim kit we have from the previous generation of this microwave of the same capacity.

Great replacement microwave

This one seems more powerful, and it has a very bright display. My old one’s display was so dim I couldn’t read it. So far I’m very pleased, and I’m hoping this one lasts a long time.

It's "OK", but maybe that is a bit kind. Good luck with that trim kit....horrible design.

A disappointing purchase, to be sure. Microwave is "OK" but there is an annoying feature that you cannot open the door without first pressing another button at the end of the cook to allow the door to open. Dumbest "feature" I have ever seen on a microwave. But the worst part of this oven is the "trim kit". There is no way to install it properly without modifications. There are two screws on the bottom that are angled upward and supposed to screw into wood. There is no wood there for these screws to go into. The duct pan and supports raise it all too far for there to be anything for these to screw into. Very poor design on the trim mounting.
