Better than Ironing!

This is my second Salav steamer. I have a nice iron that I barely use because the GS24 steamer is so much easier and better to use. I actually enjoy steaming a pile of clothes while I watch TV! Good quality, easy to use and assemble. Highly recommend.

Only used it once so far at my son’s wedding to steam on all 6 bridesmaids dresses. They were made of a polyester blend and removed all the wrinkles timely.

Needed a replacement part

I purchased this product from Amazon but didn’t need it for some time after the purchase date. When I finally opened the box and put the steamer together I quickly realized there was no hose included. I used the chat box and sent one email which, was quickly responded to and then received the replacement hose within a week’s time! An excellent customer service experience. Thank you!
