I purchased this item Oct 2017 and broke it in as per instructions. The unit then sat until June 2018 and which time it started easily. After warming up, I shut it down and could not get it started. This happened several times. I contacted technical support who on my first call said they would get back to me in half a hour. Finally after waiting most of the day I called again and got another representative who was very helpful. The problem was with the fue,l even though I had run it dry when storing it, there must have been some residue left in the carb. The unit now starts easily hot or cold. The only thing that concerns me is that the unit does surges when under a load. I like the fact the unit is easy to handle and quiet.

My first inverter after hurricane Maria i used this generator from 425w to 500w 5 gallons of gas last 63 hrs we all at the house were impress. Is very low tone Voltage is very stable all time at 120v 60Hz all the time. My second inverter exactly the same on voltage and HZ.

I own a 31 Acres property with several outbuildings in constant need of maintenance. My full size generator is not easy to move around and frankly overkill in most instances. I love this little unit. First pull start and luggable. Surely Your Engineers can Come-up with a fuel gauge so I don't have to Guess.
