I have a 3000 watt model and it works very good. I really like the remote start feature. A little loader than I expected but tolerably. A hundred pounds is a little bit much but Worth its weight in power.
Pros: Easy start fuel efficient powerful

The generatorden is quite and easy to handle. Its very eficient. The firman service is excellent. The Best has 3 year oficina warranty. I live in Puerto Rico. It has about 7 service centre in PR.

I purchased this item Oct 2017 and broke it in as per instructions. The unit then sat until June 2018 and which time it started easily. After warming up, I shut it down and could not get it started. This happened several times. I contacted technical support who on my first call said they would get back to me in half a hour. Finally after waiting most of the day I called again and got another representative who was very helpful. The problem was with the fue,l even though I had run it dry when storing it, there must have been some residue left in the carb. The unit now starts easily hot or cold. The only thing that concerns me is that the unit does surges when under a load. I like the fact the unit is easy to handle and quiet.

I read a lot of bad reviews of many generators including this one before I made my purchase. First of all, the price is great, the quality of the unit is superior to units of even higher price. It all works as advertised. I was the envy of the campsite having not to come out of my trailer in the morning to start the generator by using the remote to have my hot coffee and toast. I carefully read the owners manual and followed all the steps, including not overfilling the oil or the gas, using premium fuel, and noting the time between starts. I would start up the generator to run for 15 min and charge up everything before quiet time (11pm). This gave me plenty of time for the remote to still function in the morning (12 hour window before the remote start battery disengages (saving battery power). And every morning it fired up quickly. The only cons I have are: I wish it were lighter, I wish it was silent, and I was surprised that it took 5 or 10 seconds before the output power came on. Don't get me wrong, the first two items this machine competes with the market best.

Works great. Not as quiet as a Honda, but the cheaper price makes it ok. Had some issues with it missing when I changed the oil after the break in period, dont know if i happend to buy bad gas or what. But I just kept running it till it worked itself out.

Bought online and shipped to my door. I use it in the winter at our cabin. Starts easily in the cold. Plenty of power for running wood stove blower, lights and small power tools. I like the 12v charging / boost feature, very useful. Runs all night if needed. Good value for the price.

Although the crucial Control Unit was defective, it was immediately replaced by the very capable Service Rep Luis Martinez at Air Technology Products in nearby Bayamon, Puerto Rico. I registered my model WO 3083 generator online the day it arrived so my year full warranty began immediately. When the engine wouldn't start and run for more than a few minutes and ran very rough as soon as I tried to use it for the recommended five hours before connecting appliances, etc., I took it in for service. It's fine now and I'm going to let it run, while keeping track of hours used, until it runs out of gas so I know how many hours it lasts with nothing attached on a tank of gas. It's easy to access the battery, spark plug, air filter and oil tank for easy maintenance and it seems solidly well-constructed. Service is very responsive.
