Haven't used much yet. Started right up ran smoothly. Charged a battery bank and ran lights while camping for an hour or so. Tried my electric guitar to see if made any weird noises. It didn't so clean power. Pure sine? Happy so far.

I purchased this unit for our yearly moose hunting trip to our remote cabin. Was excited to try it out but after opening the box I found the accessory kit, oil, plug wrench, 12 volt charging cable and owners manual were missing. Also the black plastic cover above the spark plug was also missing. That was a little frustrating. The generator itself worked great. After the initial break in it was started and run for 6 days straight, 24 hours a day. It ran our refrigerator and a dozen lights no problem. It did chug a little when the refrigerator cut in but pulled through and was never a problem would have been 5 stars if the missing pieces were in the box!
Pros: Easy start, Quiet, Ran small refrigerator and lights no problem, Very good on fuel 11 hours on eco
Cons: 12 volt charging cable missing from box, Black cover where spark plug goes was missing, Spark plug wrench missing from box, oil Missing from box

I bought this to be able to circulate hot water heated with natural gas (in winter), fridge and freezer in an event of prolonged power outage. If outage occurs due to seismic event, it may not help if natural gas supply line is severed. So it does not provide perfect solutions but we can still keep foods in better conditions. With electricity supply, water and food it will be easier to stay comfortable

The supplied oil matched the stated capacity so when I filled it, it overflowed a bit a made a mess. Dip stick is near the horizontal so visual checking is difficult. Started easily and put under full and medium load for a break in. The manual is good with lots of helpful info. Havent had any long term use yet but suspect it will be fine.Satisfied with this purchase.

Seems like a nice generator. It runs a bit rougher and nosier than my old Champion 2000W, but quite acceptable. Price was great. Good value for the money. I broke the little plastic cover off that covers the spark plug access. The removal instructions seemed to indicate prying it up, but it should slide sideways, not up. Not a big deal though. Looking forward to many years of reliable service. Love the three year warranty!
Pros: Easy to start, Quiet at idle
Cons: A bit rougher than my Champion, Noisy at full throttle

Too many use restrictions. To meet them you almost have to place it out in the middle of a field on a sunny day. Am thinking of returning it.
