Haven't used much yet. Started right up ran smoothly. Charged a battery bank and ran lights while camping for an hour or so. Tried my electric guitar to see if made any weird noises. It didn't so clean power. Pure sine? Happy so far.

I bought this unit to power my circular saw and recharge the battery packs for other tools. It runs very quiet and works as expected. I did try it on my rv 13.5k a/c unit, but the breaker tripped immediately. I'm still satisfied to use it just for the fan and charging system.
Pros: Easy starting, much quieter than old 3500 genset

I purchased this generator 6 months ago, and used it....alot more than 90% of the people out there would, I put alot of hours on it, did the maintenance when was needed, and it lasted longer than ANY chinese generator I have ever owned. Now for the important bit, it had a major engine failure, I called up for the warranty, 1 week later (which is amazing, because I live in Canada), a new generator arrives. So forget Honda, Yamaha, or any other brand, I have not mentioned how it starts 1-2 pulls EVERY time. I am so impressed with this company I bought another larger generator. Bottom line: Pleasure to do business with, quick response, and an excellent product that doesn't cost a months wages.
Pros: 7+ Hours on less than a gallon of gas., Quiet, Starts soooo easy.
Cons: best use is 50-65% load, past that is to much.

Seems like a nice generator. It runs a bit rougher and nosier than my old Champion 2000W, but quite acceptable. Price was great. Good value for the money. I broke the little plastic cover off that covers the spark plug access. The removal instructions seemed to indicate prying it up, but it should slide sideways, not up. Not a big deal though. Looking forward to many years of reliable service. Love the three year warranty!
Pros: Easy to start, Quiet at idle
Cons: A bit rougher than my Champion, Noisy at full throttle

I live in PR and after hurricane Maria hit us the hole island was left without power. I have purchased this generator to keep my house lit durring these power outages thank God i have ony used it in about 3 occasions and it has worked as a charm no noise (compared to traditional generators) and works like a champ.
