I use this mostly for camping and hunting. Works great good on fuel. Have ran it all night with varying power loads. Has a 20 amp blade plug. Wish it was a twist lock. Also is a little hard to start when it sits for a lock time. But after that starts like a charm. Fairly quite, but not honda quiet. Not honda price either. Eco mode works well unless something starts up that is close to max rating. Then it is better to be at full power ahead of time.
We have a small trailer and like to boondocks. The generator just allows us to charge batteries and things while we are camping. It is also great for running power tools at remote locations. It is small, light and fairly quiet.
I purchased this unit to replace a different brand that was stolen. It was late in the season so I ran a half tank of fuel through it then prepared it for storage. It started good, ran good , was quiet but I never really used it. Time will tell when I use it this season.
I've only used it a couple of times but I love it so far. I think it is just as quiet as a Honda. Starts first pull every time. Great features for the price. I hope it keeps performing like this for a long time to come.
I bought this generator for a backup on the camper . havnt used much but it doesn't start as good as I would like it too. Maybe when I use it more it might get broke in and start quicker.
I've run the generator through about 3 tanks of fuel providing power for a 24' rv. Everything but the AC, haven't tried that. The generator runs everything well. My only complaints are that the AC and USB power lock up my I-phone, the screen doesn't respond to touch when plugged into the generator either direct through USB port or using ac/usb converter cube. And the generator surges sometimes when running in normal mode without a load.
