Water leaks...

I got this Whirlpool washing machine less than a year ago and have been using it carefully, but it recently started leaking water. I’m really disappointed, as I expected better durability and quality from such a trusted brand.
I’ve already checked to make sure the problem isn’t caused by installation or user error — the leak is clearly coming from the the bottom of the machine itself. I hope this can be seen and someone to inspect and fix the issue as soon as possible, or replace the unit to avoid any further potential dangers or damages to my apartment

Finally a washer/dryer that meets all needs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I still can't believe a washer/dryer really does all the cleaning and drying for every type. The large capacity full size also keeps me from going to a laundromat to wash/dry large items like comforter. Any questions I have can be answered either by the manual or online. The customer service is always ready to assist should there be further needs and why I choose Whirlpool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer and dryer came with our new house and I am not a fan. The dryer stops well before clothes are dry and it doesn’t matter what settings on. I am forever turning on the dryer at least 4 to 5 times per load

It’s okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this brand new with my home purchase. I have it set to run as cold water and it’s running as hot. Yes, the hoses are connected correctly. The washing time takes what seems forever compared to using my parents Speed Queen. I’d prefer that over this. All in all, it’s a brand new washer and it works (cleans my clothes) but I don’t know why it won’t wash cold.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
