Exceeds expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not pleased that I had to buy a replacement for my 12 yr old washer. But I'm happy I did and bought this one. It really is a better machine and my clothes truly look and feel cleaner. This machine really does the job; quiet and efficient. And the multiple options only make the cleaning process that much better - I can truly do a bulky load without it treating it like it was a load of rocks (something my old washer could not differentiate.) Very pleased.

This washer is too silent....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into this newly built house, so the appliances were chosen by the builder, not us. Luckily, for me, it seems that their choice was a good one! It would be nice if it made a bit more noise, as I can't hear when it's finished its cycle!
