Disappointed

⭐ 1/5 — Extremely Frustrated
I bought this washing machine brand new, and it’s been nothing but problems. I’ve had to schedule multiple service calls through my insurance, and the same issue keeps happening — the wiring harness for the door actuator fails over and over again.
It’s really disappointing. You don’t expect to deal with this kind of hassle from a new machine. I’ve tried to be patient, but at this point, I just want a replacement. Unfortunately, I think I’m outside the warranty window now.
I’m honestly fed up and wouldn’t buy anything from this brand again. It’s been a frustrating and time-consuming experience.

Worst Product – Failed Twice in first Month

I purchased this machine in the Builder package, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Since installation, I only had the chance to use it twice before the door sensor failed, showing error codes like E2 or L2. I filed a service request (Job ID# SWCT8494DAD2-1), but it took five days for a technician to arrive.
The technician replaced the door sensor, and the machine worked for only about nine days—again, just two uses—before it completely stopped functioning. Now, it has no power, no lights, and is entirely unusable.
For a product that hasn’t even lasted a single month, this level of unreliability is unacceptable. The repeated failures, combined with the delay in service, make this the worst product I’ve ever owned. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with such poor quality and lack of durability.
I have already contacted the Builder to request a replacement, though I’m not sure what the outcome will be. I’m sharing my experience here to warn others—not to fall into the same trap by buying this unreliable product

Not reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this washer as a part of our new condo unit and it is the worst washing machine I have ever had in my life. It randomly won’t power on at all and we have had maintenance take a look many times and they can’t figure it out either. It just stops working and then a few days later will turn back on.

Does a decent job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my washer for 3 months now and it does a decent job. I find the door to be a bit thinner and feels very light and cheaply made compared to my older washer. I don’t like the way the drawer you add soap too doesn’t line up flush against the washer(see photo) but it’s just aesthetics. The washer does a good job washing clothes. My only complaint regarding washing is the quick modes do not rinse your clothes enough. If you need a quick wash and takes forever to dry then that doesn’t really get your clothes done any faster.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The worst washer!

I have had this garbage of a washer for less than a month and it broke on and now my clothes are moldy And I had to toss them in the garbage. And Who’s gonna pay for those moldy health hazards? They sent a technician the first time to fix it but the same error occurred. It displayed an error code and the stupid washer will not turn on no matter how many times you unplug and plug it. And this garbage of a company refuses to replace their product! How could a brand new product just break if it isn’t garbage? And are you proud of yourselves whirlpool? I bet these whirlpool execs dont have whirlpool washers because they know these are rubbish!

Timer is nothing, buy if you want an okay washer.

Can't give lower than 1 star
It's washes fine. However the timer is very inaccurate and useless. So why bother even having it?
The times are not useful for planning your time accourdendly.
Would not recommend , if you need to do things like like pick up kids or have time before bed.
Thos is the 4rd model I have used that struggles to give an accurate finish time.
Towels & cold water, "displays" 22mins when it is actually 32 mins.
Delicates & normal "displays" is 45 when really it's 72 mins
