LESS THAN MEDIOCRE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer and dryer was supplied by the developer when we bought our condo. We were prepared to buy an LG set, which we have had in our previous homes. We don’t love it. It’s complicated to operate, way too many buttons and I just don’t feel it does the best job. Don’t like the 3-second delay. Regarding the dryer, I can’t seem to get the temperature high enough to dry completely unless it’s at 1:48 minutes. I NEVER do large loads. It just takes FOREVER to dry a load of regular stuff let alone towels or jeans! Laundry has become a whole day chore. I apologize for my response but I appreciate the opportunity to give my opinion.

Nice Washer/minor issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit came with our new home. It is a nice unit, the only issue we have has is trouble using detergent pods. They were not completely dissolving using a normal cycle. Has to tweak our usual settings and now seems to be working just fine.
