My First Induction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an avid cooker, I can tell right away that my cooking will need a test run on several dishes I cook. The induction stovetop gets really hot. The manual suggests start cooking at setting 9, but I think that is way too hot for most of the dishes I've cooked. I've steamed eggs and found the eggs start to crack pretty quickly so I lower the cook setting to 5 after starting at 7. Simmering stews at 2 has been efficient as well.
The air fry and bake settings have gone great for me. Loved the roasted veggies I made in my new oven! I love the roller rack as it's easier and safer to pull the food out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the range, Too things, One, you cannot get the range pushed back to the wall and this leaves a 1" gap between the range and wall, Two, it's sometimes hard to get the main power to go on when trying to use the stove top. Other than that it works great and looks great.

The French Fries! OMG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The even heat of the cooktop was something I didn't know I was missing. My scrambled eggs are now next level. The Air Fry oven is stunning. We have done fries twice, and you would NEVER know they weren't dipped in a vat of oil.

Induction range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a learning curve to operate this range. The smell from the oven on the initial uses was NOT pleasant at all. It is less noticeable now.

Review of Professional Induction Range with Total Convection Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Oven on Convection Bake is marvelous. Need to consider a lower temp and a shorter time from the recipe. Like the Induction top once I got used to starting at lower temps to avoid burning. I did get new pans with smoother bottom surfaces to help limit scratching. Like the feature that the stove will turn itself off when a pan is removed.
