New to Induction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had gas ranges. This is the first time I am using an Induction/ Electric range. I have tried almost every method of cooking in the oven. My favorite feature is steam roast. The food cooks evenly and meat stays tender and moist. I no longer need an air fryer another staple feature. I love cooking and this range is not going to disappoint. I would recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade to induction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first induction range and it works very well for cooking. It boils water in about a minute. There are individual controls for each of the five burners and we have hod no issues with the touch controls.
The oven controls are a different story. The little letters on the mode knob are difficult to read and they are not illuminated. I hope they don't wear off with time. The temperature knob is fine but trying to read the set temperature is really a poor design. The little screen is vertical and below a one inch ledge. In order to read it, I need to take a big step backward to see the screen. The timers are also on this screen so if I am cooking on the stove, I can't see the timer without stepping back. Even setting the timer is difficult without bending down to see it or backing away.
We have not used any of the complex cooking option but the temperature probe is a bit short. It just reaches the center of the oven. Hopefully I won't need to put it into meat near the back of the oven.
The stovetop senses when a pan is on the surface before it turns on the controls. A little confusing but it works. But it also sense when anything is set on the surface even when it is turned off. It will beep if I set a glass down on the surface or a dish. I is very annoying.
The range seems to be well made and the oven cooling fan is not very loud.

A week into using and I can say I love this new range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used both the cooktop and the oven over the last week and I can say the heating is very even and I've had no issues with undercooked/overcooked food. The touch functionality is very sensitive and responsive, just don't lay a sheet of aluminum foil on the "buttons" it doesn't like that.

Excellent range

Overly sensitive

It is a pretty oven and it cooks consistently but it is so sensitive. Any water boils over it turns all the burners off. Put anything on top of the stove even if off and it beeps. Lean back while taking to someone and it will cut the everything off. Besides the sensitivity they add a gap at the back where any and all crumbs seem to go and you can’t get them out easily.
