Induction Cooking - the way to go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this cooktop to replace a 14 year old Kitchenaid induction cooktop. It was important to me to find a cooktop that was 30" wide and also had a "burner" which was at least 11". This Bosch fit the bill. I love how easy it is to use. It heats up fast to a boil, when needed and cools down well. It's easily cleaned too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fear turns to delight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reading the manuel about all the do's and don'ts of my new new stove top, I was almost afraid to touch it. I had to re-invent my old habits and think lift don't slide, cold not hot, quick not long. With great trepidation I began cooking on it and have discovered that it is delightful and I'm enjoying all it's unique features. Like all new things, it just takes some mind adjusting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just installed our Bosch 500 Series. We like the look and feel of this cooktop. We are happy with the product overall. I only reason I am giving it a 4 stars instead of 5 is because it does not heat up as fast as my previous cooktop.

Not Sure About the Buttons

Not sure if anyone else has this issue but if my cat walks on the buttons he can accidentally turn on the cooktop.

Broke in 6 months

Heard buzzing sound while being used. After cooking, the capital H stay lite and I a strong smell of burning electrical coming from the bottom of the unit
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent cooktop!

It looks great, is easy to clean, simple to operate and it is even more responsive than a gas stove. We anticipate it lasting for a lot of years, just like our other Bosch appliances. We definitely recommend this product!

It is Like Magic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our induction cooktop for about three weeks and we are very happy. It provides far more control over our cooking temps than either the gas cooktop it replaced or the standard electric in our other home. If you change the setting, it tanes place immediately, it is super quiet, no spillovers like our electric top. We are very pleased as well by the fit and finish.
