[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this induction range. There is no grease on the bottom of the pans. Cooking is fast if setting it at high temperature; however, the cooking pots and pans (Le Creuset) do not recommend using them at high temperature. As much as I'm satisfied with the induction cooking; the oven is good but the cooling fan is really loud. The electric oven I had before was nowhere near as loud as this one. I deducted one star from the rating due to the loud cooling fan from the oven.

As good as gas

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent range! As fast and responsive as gas but without the environmental and health concerns. It also feels like someone who cooks designed the stove. I appreciate having two large burners at the front rather than in the back. Also love the simplicity of the design including classic knob dials. And maybe most importantly, I appreciate the lack of connectivity, ie no wifi. I can see no logical reason why would I want that on a stove and it certainly feels like one more way for companies to steal our data. Biggest question will be longevity but so far I'm very pleased.

Induction range

First use a 2 inch scratch on cooktop. Used stainless steel pan. Did not move pan.
Oven temp is lower.
All in all I love the range

Love the range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice range and induction top. Looks beautiful in the kitchen. Just be sure to read the instruction booklet! The instruction booklet needs to be rewritten to make the instructions better and easier to understand. It is a complicated range, but worth the challenge.

Bosch 800 Series Induction freestanding range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we love our new range. It is surprisingly fast to bring things to a boil - gone are the days of walking away while the stove is heating up. Stay put as it happens quickly. It did take some getting used to with the funny sounds it makes sometimes and we did have to purchase new pots. But overall we love it. And the baking options are also really wonderful.

Minor Improvement Needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I have enjoyed the range, the only issue is the difficulty seeing which oven setting is dialed. Eventually, I will have the pattern memorized, but it would be easy to include an indication on the digital panel. The fan can be a bit noisy but does an effective job of cooling down the space around the unit. Shelves should be on a bearing slide at this price point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love our new induction range. Boiling water for coffee is so quick I barely get the pour over cup ready before the water is ready to be poured! It wipes so clean. The oven works great too. Love the pizza mode

Perfect for Cooking, but Poor Industrial Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This all-electric induction stove is so much better functionally (and healthwise) than the gas stove that we replaced. BUT, the simple industrial design features of this stove are poor: (1) No temperature readout of the oven temperature as it heats up—only a red line that grows longer, with no indication of what it means; (2) shiny control knobs are unreadable no matter the light conditions—this is particularly annoying when trying to see the oven setting on the knob.
