the only one i drink

i have been drinking folgers for well over ten years and i can't find any tight close to it's flavor and i only drink the Classic Roast and for me is the best coffee in town

Folgers Classic

We have been married for 55 yrs. and for that number of yrs. we have been drinking Folgers. My husband was military in the Army and was used to starting his day with coffee.
He is now 82 and I am 76 and we need our coffee every morning. Folgers Classic is his favorite and I have tried to change but he knows the difference. The only thing we have added to our morning coffee is flavored cream. Now with winter coming up, we are sure to drink more coffee than ever. When he is cold he even drinks it at night with his little piece of Mexican sweet bread. We hope this continues for many more years.

This review is not of the instant line of Folgers, Company response is that it hasn't changed but thats not exactly accurate, I noticed taste change once Folgers closed the
Kansas City plant, there are things you just can't duplicate as much as manufacturers try to replicate their product in different locations, you can get close in areas but there is more than just recipe and supply involved in every product, this has been forgotten by modern companies. Folgers has a good tasting product, there was a time when it was the best part of waking up.
Dear Folgers, you have the means to recapture lost markets and the ability to capture new ones. Challenging? Yes !
Atainable? Absolutely !
I want to see Folgers succeed and thrive so I would recommend that instead of relying on College degrees, consulting and or Marketing firms to guide your companies destiny that you, Folgers, consider your roots, hear the people, innovate instead of chasing trends.
Saying your product hasn't changed is not accurate, there is more than formula to a product.
One thing that never changes is the fact that everything is in a state of change.

Not Folgers' taste

We're a Folgers family and enjoy the taste of a good brewed cup of joe. Sometimes, at night when it's cold, or with dessert, we enjoy coffee but prefer decaffeinated. We tried the Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee and it just doesn't taste like Folgers. It tastes and smells more like old burnt coffee :-( I was sad that it didn't even have that amazing aroma when we opened it, but that was not a deal breaker for us because we understood that it's instant.
This might be doable in a pinch when you're desperate for coffee and you're out, or unable to brew (for example while camping), but I'll stick with the classic brewed Folgers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love a cup or 2 each morning. unfortunetly I like a lot of sugar and creamer. I gave it up to help lose weight. I like diet shakes, but I miss the mocha flavor they don't make anymore. so I use 1/2 to 1 tsp. folgers instant in each of my 3 shakes it is My Mocha !!!!! and I like the shakes and I get the coffee. !!!!!!!!!!!!

Tastes wonderful, after drinking french press for a while. However I wish folders disclosed how much caffeine is in per serving. Especially their packets they sell.
I know coffee can range 65-90mg but, it'd be nice to know. For those who need to keep track of their caffeine
