Good medium strength coffee

Very flavorful nutty coffee. Not very acidic. It might say medium strength but it taste a little stronger.

Strong, if you are not a Starbucks "user"

I bought this to try out since other medium roast Decafs seem a little mild. Well that is not the case here. It is relatively strong, but not bitter. My wife walked through the kitchen and said, "whats burning?" She has a VERY sensitive sense of smell. Anyway, I find the best ways to prepare this coffee are either with milk/cream, or Americano style by brewing a small/medium size (5-8 oz) cup and then another shot of just hot water. Additionally, the reason for only 3 stars is that I think either the grind is too fine or there is too much coffee because my machine starts chugging halfway through, and sometimes cannot make it through the cycle. It does work better to remove the grounds and use a 3rd party reusable filter.

Not a fan of decaf in general but sometimes I need a cup of decaf especially late at night. Pike Place is as good as it gets almost tastes like caffeinated coffe.

1. The coffee tastes great; 2, for some reason some of the top seal tears, thus not just a round hole, and the brewer take 4 times longer to brew a cup of coffee.
