I am not satisfied with this product for several reasons.
First of all, the sound quality is below expectations. The audio lacks clarity and depth, and the overall experience does not feel immersive, especially for gaming or media consumption. The surround effect also feels artificial and does not provide accurate directional audio.
Secondly, the PC software is very poorly designed. The interface is not user-friendly, and it is difficult to understand or properly adjust settings. Important features are either missing or hard to access, and the software feels unpolished and outdated.
Additionally, the lack of proper control over sound profiles and limited customization options make it hard to get the desired audio performance.
Overall, the product does not deliver the quality or experience expected at this price point, and the software significantly reduces its usability.
