Stopped working after 3 months

It was great until it stopped working. I did wonder if I got a returned one as the foam packaging inside was a bit broken and the wrapping disheveled. I also thought 1 side ran smoother than the other. I've reached out to customer service to see if I will get a replacement. I will report back.

To be a low impact workout, it absolutely gives a person “all they want” in results! You get out of it exactly what you put into it.

I’m overall happy with the machine, but I wanted to share one minor piece of feedback. I ordered the brown color and later realized that the built-in roller wheels for easier storage appear to only come with the black model. Now it looks like the other color options do not include that feature. Had that detail been more clearly highlighted, I would have chosen the black version instead. Just wanted to pass this along to help improve product description.

I’ve only used it for four days. I can see how it will benefit me just in the small amount of time. So far, no amazing changes, but I am looking forward to that! I purchased it to work on my balance, lymph drainage from my lymphedema and overall joint integrity. I’m looking forward to feeling better soon.
