Received yesterday…my son had to help me figure it out …I am not a good at reading instructions. I tried to find a YouTube person that was step by step of the box, that would help for people like me?❤️ Love this thing! Very relaxing and invigorating. So far, so good. I have back muscle issues which can be corrected with squats. Haven't done them in a bit so when I clean the house my back hurts. Yesterday I used the Rumblex 4D for 10 minutes and after cleaning, vacuuming and swiffering my back felt fine!
