So far so good, a little rumbly past 25

Postpartum with twins and hardly able to fit in exercise. First 2 days of use, noticeable improvement in stiffness and positional aches. Doesn’t wake up babies when used in the same room. Truly whisper quiet until past 25, then can hear and feel a bit of rumbling inside the machine.

I am loving my new lifepro Rumblex Plus 4D vibration plate. I use it every day for at least ten minutes. I do squats and lift light weights while on it. I feel great!

This machine is not only fun to use, but really helps my lymphatic drainage get going. I use it first thing in the morning. I started following the suggested workout diagram on the poster that I also purchased. It really gives your whole body a wonderful workout.
