Waited for a sale. Pricey unit for sure, but with the lifetime warranty I feel this is a good investment into my wellness journey. I look forward to using my Rumblex every few days. It helps to relax and loosen my body!

It would be helpful if the vibration plate came with a handout of recommended workouts with the appropriate length of time to use the board and target area.

Just received the LifePro 4D Vibration Plate. I have yet to see results, but I appreciate all the different modes and speeds- so versatile compared to one of the leading competitor plates that I’ve tried.
