Unit is great! The remote control is horrible!

The unit works great. It’s very smooth and very quiet and no complaints about the unit except when it’s connected to the remote.
The remote fails at every level. The remote is Janky, buttons stick and overrides whatever you’re trying to do using the screen on the unit (when a button gets stuck on the remote).
The remote is very poor design, very poor functionality and is basically required i for safety according to the operation manual.
Hope to figure this out soon!

I am thrilled with the performance of this vibration plate as compared to the most expensive one. I had AI compare this Rumblex 4D to the Power Plate and it is the best value.
My Dexa scan on one hip is just over the line for osteoporosis, so I set out to find ways that I could stop the progression, and vibration plates work to build strong bones. Then I looked for the best one that I could afford. It is a quiet unit, challenges my muscles and makes me feel a sense of accomplishment by using it daily. Can’t wait for the next DEXA.

Tried manually, and it worked for a time. The remote does notfunction. Changed the battery, watched a video that obscured the side the battery should be placed. Frustrating evening!
