I go on a the plat form after exercising for 10 min, it helps with blood circulation

I didn't think I'd sweat when using my rumblex 4D vibration plate, especially for only 10 minutes, but I was surprised when my workout was over. I'm looking forward to trying out all the different modes.

I love the Lifepro vibration plate. I suspected my lymphatic system was sluggish and I was correct. After a week, I see and feel benefits. Highly recommend and will continue to use twice daily!
