This vibration plate has some much to give. I have bad knees and want to work on getting them stronger. I can definitely see this helping a lot not only for me but my clients.

I purchased the Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate for my neuropathy and it's high frequency. I could feel the difference within 2 days. Thank you, Lifepro, for a marvelous product. I look forward to receiving and using the Massage Gun.

I’m a firm believer in vibration plates and I’ve been looking for a good one. I tried a friend of mine a week ago and knew right away that this was the brand I wanted. I researched the different styles and decided on more of a professional grade so I can also use it with my clients. I’m looking forward to recovering and being able to get my Life back.

I would give 5 stars for the unit but there is one thing I really don't like about the unit. It says it vibrates in a range of 4-40hz. I would greatly prefer this was the scale used on the digital read out. Instead it goes from 1-60
