Can’t really say much at this time. Just got it and got on it for 10 minutes but it did feel good to my lower back. Excited to use it and hopefully get stronger, healthier and better fit.

I just got my Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate and it's been amazing. I had knee pain and with 4D motion at a 60 speed I felt amazing. My knee feels great. Loving this machine. So glad I invested in it.
