I regret purchasing it. It can trigger vertigo. The vibration action caused vertigo. So it’s not for everyone wish I knew about this.

Excellent product!

I love using my vibration plate to help build strength, resistance, endurance and balance. I have been too sedentary for too many years. Started going to the gym a couple of months ago and when I am home use the Rumblex Vibration Plate. Appreciate all of the accessories that come with this machine as well!

Can’t find free workout videos

I like the machine, but I cannot find your free library of workout videos. I even emailed you and I use the link you gave me and still could not find them. Getting really frustrated.

It was gr8! only 10 minutes and I feel gr8!.. Bought this to get my pressure down, increase metabolism and lymphatic flow. I’m a massage therapist and know as we age, the lymphatic flow is so important. It’s very quiet and sturdy. Con: it’s heavy. But you can use the wheels!

I love this product. So easy to use and I love how I feel after using it. I used to go to the gym just to use theirs now I can do it daily anytime I like while watching my favorite tv show. Look forward to doing the recommended exercises as well. Thank you!
