My husband and I use this several times a week and for various reasons. I find it helps me wake up in the morning and get my body ready to face the day. At night, it helps calm my nervous system. So, I use it at different times of the day depending on what I need most. My husband has a physical job. The Rumblex helps reduce pain and tension in his over-used muscles.

Good product - minor defect

Good vibration plate product, comes with basic accessories. There is a small air bulb in the black mat on the vibration plate, manufacturing defect. Additional on the high speed, 60, vibration plate make noise.
