just got this vibration plate. I'm a massage therapist so after working all day, my lower back and feet can hurt some days. This plate really work. hoping to increase my metabolism and lower blood pressure along with my food intake and reduction of stress. looking forward to the results.

I regret purchasing it. It can trigger vertigo. The vibration action caused vertigo. So it’s not for everyone wish I knew about this.

I love using my vibration plate to help build strength, resistance, endurance and balance. I have been too sedentary for too many years. Started going to the gym a couple of months ago and when I am home use the Rumblex Vibration Plate. Appreciate all of the accessories that come with this machine as well!

Can’t find free workout videos

I like the machine, but I cannot find your free library of workout videos. I even emailed you and I use the link you gave me and still could not find them. Getting really frustrated.
