Very Quiet

Had only for a few days. It is heavy but the build quality seem exceptional. It is quiet and wide to get full range of positions. Note the top is curved in and not flat. Lifepro sells ones that are flat top platform.

Set up was quick, everything was in the box that was supposed to be there. 1st spin was interesting. Will need to play with it more before I can really access the machine

1st Workout

I just completed my first workout using program 1. I am using the Rumblex Plus to rehab a hip injury. After the initial workout, my hip muscles were not as tight, and my mobility increased. I can't wait to continue using the workouts.
