So far so good, was missing the exercise mat and mini bands in the box. But emailed them and am hoping they will send them out! I’ve tested out all of the different modes for just a little bit each and can definitely feel it in my legs!

Have had my 4D for a few days. Trying out all the pre programmed setting. Noticing reduction in edema in my ankles and lower legs already.
Back and hip pain has also been reduced in a very short time.

Love it so far!

I've only had this unit for 3 days, so time will tell regarding durability of the machine and its long-term benefits for me. That said, I LOVE it so far! It seems very sturdy, is incredibly easy to use, and I do feel kind of loosened up and just generally good -- including mentally de-stressed -- after spending some time on it. I have high hopes that continued, consistent use will help with some lower back pain and circulation issues I've been having, as well as continue to improve my stress levels and overall sense of wellbeing.
