Only have had it a few days. So far I really like it. The 10 minutes fly by. Feels like a massage. I feel like my back feels better. Enjoy doing it. Have only done the preset workouts. I’m hoping it will last for years to come.

still in set up stage. so far 3 of the 5 … stickers, for lack of any other description were not attached to the vibration plate. one was adhered to the packaging. I can’t tell if they belong in a specific spot or not.
