I would say that the set up was easy because my grandchildren were able to do it and tell me how the remote worked. So far the vibration plate has worked as described but I am starting slow by using it only 5 minutes per day.

I just started using the Rumblex plus and I can feel the difference in my pain level. Every morning I get up and hop on the vibration plate and it loosens my muscles. Where normally I would wake up and have to sit with a heating pad on my back for awhile. I can’t wait to start incorporating the videos in my daily routine. Rumblex Plus is an A+ in my book.

Just got my Rumblexplus 4D Vibration Plate and it was so easy to set up! I ran through all the modes, speeds and times and everything works great! Can't wait to get started!
