Just opened the box

I'm in the process of setting up my new Rumblex Plus Life Pro Fitness vibration plate. I have no information to report, other than it is heavy. One thing I didn't know is that you have to register your product within 7 days for the Lifetime Warranty to be activated. I feel that this is going to be a good product. If possible I will come back and give it 4 stars after I have had a chance to use it and try it out.

Newbie to vibration

First off...WOW! It's fun, challenging, easy, intense, makes me sweaty, relaxing and it doesn't make my knee ache! I'm a 68yo retired lady with osteoporosis and a bad left knee and cannot participate in "regular or normal" exercise. But I CAN do this!

I like the fact that this vibration plate has 3 different modes of vibration which can be combined in various configurations. Other plates are restricted to the rocking side to side vibration, whereas this unit includes a Pulsation mode which feels like a general overall vibration.

Easy to set up for sure.
I have already experienced some lymphatic relief in the first few weeks and hope to work with building bone density over the next year!

So far I love this product. I feel the circulation improvement when the session is over. I still need to check out the videos for work outs to try using the plate. So far so love it.

I now have the Rumblex Plus 4D. This is our second vibration plate; we gave the Hovert 3D to our son. I like the extra weight capacity—500 lbs vs. 300 lbs. Even though I weigh 220, I like using free weights and wanted the extra weight capacity. Understand, I have only had this a short time, but it seems the workouts are way more intense. I love it.
