Life Changing.

This has been life changing in so many ways. I use it to combat swelling, neck and back pain, and to relieve tension. The chronic inflammation is gone and if I somehow miss a day, I can feel it! I love it so much that I have thought about how to take a smaller version of it with me when I travel just so I never have to be without it!

Today I unpacked my new vibration plate. Installation was easy requiring just two screws and plugging it in. It’s substantial weighing a little over 38 Lbs. I tried it on program 1 as suggested in the manual. Wow! It was amazing. My legs feel like I have been out for a short run. I can only imagine what the effects will be as I continue using it with more of its features. For those of us that have balance issues I expect this will help immensely. If you are looking for a great vibration plate please consider this one. It is a bit expensive but the quality and lifetime warranty balance it out.

Just started, I have a broken heel, just had a repair on my tendon and my two ligaments have not been able to walk on it in 4 months so I just thought I would try this out.
