Just received my Rumblex Plus 4D vibration plate a few days ago. Purchased it to hopefully increase my bone density. I'm 74 and have had bone density problems for many years even though I'm quite active and otherwise am in very good physical condition. This is my last hope before resorting to drugs. The machine seems to be very well made, easy to use and is quite solid. I'm very pleased with my decision to purchase it. I believe it is a great product that is reasonable priced.
