I've used other plates for years, but this is the best one I have tried for home use. Smooth motors and deep muscle inroads. Gives a great workout

I seem to have a lot of stiffness in my shoulders and back. It is helping to loosen it up. I find I’m getting more out of a Plank with this machine

Great vibration plate

I have had other vibration plates, but this is a fantastic one. Excellent build quality and great 4d vibration. It gives a way deeper muscle inroad than the other home plates that I've used before

Noise issue

Actually, I’m wondering if there is abplace that it needs to be greased as it is making a high/ pitched squeaking sound and has for a few months. I just keep forgetting to inquire. Can you let me know what needs to be done. Otherwise, I’m fine with the product overall. I need to be more consistent in its use. Thankyou!
