I am thinking about taking care of myself. I am over 50 now. Without regular exercise, I will start with 10 minutes a day on this machine let see how my body will transform. Wish for the good result.

I've been diagnosed with osteoporosis in my tailbone/sacrum. I started with all three wave option at level 1. After 6 weeks I am at level 10.
Core is tightening up, cellulite in my thighs is visually reduced, face and neck swelling reduced. Arms are slowly responding. I love it!

I’m a breast cancer survivor and my body has been through a lot. I bought this for lymphatic system support because the rebounder is hard on my feet and back. Such a great machine that my whole family is using!
