Machine is solid and performs as designed. I bought primarily for core stabilization, and I can already tell it will be good for that.
I also wanted to see if it could help with my balance because of nerve damage from surgery in both legs - only time will tell if it helps but my guess is it will make a positive difference based on one weeks usage.

Right out of the box the product was heavy and high quality. Initial use I was impressed with the vibration. Now to read the book fully and access all of the features.
