I just received my RUMBLEX PRO 4D VIBRATION PLATE. It's AMAZING! Heavy as everrrrrrrr but yes, I can foresee the benefits from just one session. Buy it buy it, you will not be disappointed. Stamped Approved!

Like the product, wish it came with instructions. There weren't any in the box, so I've had to play with the settings and see what happens each time. Like what I've figured out so far.
