Like the product, wish it came with instructions. There weren't any in the box, so I've had to play with the settings and see what happens each time. Like what I've figured out so far.

This is my first time with a product of this nature. After just 10 minutes of the initial P1 (first program), I felt significant improvement in my neck and shoulders. I usually have pain but it was completely gone. I'm extremely satisfied.

I love this product. I first used this at a medical massage place and now I own one. We are planning to full time rv and needed something to keep us moving and healthy. We chose the Rumble 4D and I think we made a great choice.
