No more back pain!

I initially purchased the rumblex for help with my lower back pain. A few weeks ago I woke up in excruciating pain shooting from my lower back down my left leg. Dr. said siactic never and arthritis. Of course their solution was prescribe pain killers and maybe go see a chiropractor. After some research I came across vibration plates. Went through reviews on numerous plate and Lifepro was highly rated! I love my new plate, pain relief from day one! How if I could just keep my husband off of it :) May have to get him his own.

Just got my Rublex plus 4D vibration plate

First time using it and it was easy to set up. After 10 minutes, my feet and legs feel great. Looking forward to using the videos and stretched during my workout.
