This is one of the best in home vibration plates you can get. Great price point for all the different ways you can program and use the plate. Comes with resistance and mini bands to further help you customize your experience. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and how easy it was to set up.

I’ve been using the Lifepro Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate for recovery, mobility, and overall fitness, and it’s been a great addition to my routine. The machine feels sturdy, runs quietly, and offers multiple vibration modes that make it useful for everything from warmups to recovery sessions.
I’ve noticed reduced soreness after workouts, improved circulation, and better lower-body stability, especially around my knees. The cushioned platform is comfortable on the joints, and the preset programs make it easy to use for quick 10–15 minute sessions.
It’s not a miracle weight-loss machine, but when combined with exercise and good habits, it’s an excellent tool for recovery, mobility, and muscle activation. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve recovery and overall wellness.

I've had another vibration plate previously, but love the added functionality of the 4D motors! My sensory seekers love it too! I like that it automatically shuts off after 10 minutes when they turn it on, so they get a bit of a break, and that I can control it from the remote without getting into their space.

I would give 5 stars for the unit but there is one thing I really don't like about the unit. It says it vibrates in a range of 4-40hz. I would greatly prefer this was the scale used on the digital read out. Instead it goes from 1-60
