Great addition to my fitness routine

My husband gifted me the Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate. I was shocked at how standing on the plate for as little as 10 minutes can produce a sweat. I’m still learning the myriad of options, and am anxious to keep digging in! Music is a must when I’m working out, so the Bluetooth option was an unexpected major plus. I love this technology.

We absolutely love our new vibration plate. We have been using it for about 3 weeks and it has helped us both feel better and stronger.

It is bigger than I thought, but looks strudy. Not sure what P1, P2 or P3 is since it's not in the user manual. That may need to be updated.
